Create GIF animation from icons

We need to make icons move, to be more attractive in the software. There are 4 simple icons that needs slight adjustments, and 1 icon that needs more of a work We are working on software that scans Identity documents and sends the result if the document is fraudulent, authentic or needs more attention. Scope of work: 1. Shield icons: - We need to make simple animation in GIF that will bring more attention than a standard static icon Green means document is authentic Red means document is fradulent Yellow means document needs attention Blue means document not recognized * For example: Red shield is blinking when a document is fraudulent Green shield makes the effect that everything is fine == Icons are attached == 2. Scanner rotation GIF - We want to make 2 animations similar as the ones attached (File Scanner 1 and Scanner 2) - The difference is in the scanner model which will replace this one with AT10K Find the new scanner in vector attached (file AT10K Desktop Shell) It can be opened with Edrawingsviewer
