Convert ai to pixel perfect html

I have 4 pages that need to be pixel perfect html5, in the homepage design is a fullscreen slider with bottom navigation there is a bottom menu when mouseover, need to have a fade menu displayed. the look of that menu hover is on the inner ai file. I have an inner page with nav at the top, a header image and below is the page title for the collection, inside the section is an image with text to the right, below the text to the right is an image called view gallery, this opens a lightbox that displays images. there is also a simple footer with a social media plugin. there are 2 other page designs on the main ai file, don't worry about those.
