Let's get to the point, I want to know exactly what kind of website do you want, maybe you have some ideas about its functions, the modules you want, which kind of users will use this website, maybe how big the database must be, scalability, and so many other things that can help me to reach YOUR goals. I will leave the default milestone, but the payments must be discussed between you and me, according to your capacity and budget, we can create then multiple milestone to divide the payment in two or more parts, it is only matter of talking. This particular project requirement main task is developing on a website the target audience isn't mentioned. considering the UI Work , Database set up, Business layer development , Functionality and testing that would be required, Further more considering the change requests if any and deployment and release of project I have calculated 18 days including 1 day buffer.
