Build double language (English/Arabic) Website

Dear Designer, This is a simple interactive double language web site. Web site is very simple and small with following sections: - A front landing page that has a large image as a background - On this image, transparent boxes with links that connect to the three primary tabs listed below: - Who We Are - About Us - Vision - Mission - Our Values - What We Do - Our Team - Profiles and pictures - Contact information Please note following before you send your bid: 1- You should be professional and very good English reader in order to understand our requirements. 2- You should be able to design double language site. English and (Arabic Right to Left Text) 3- The web site required template is similar colors and concept of this here but we need it very much simple than this: ([login to view URL]) the template supports the Arabic Right to Left text) also it does support Mobile version site (Arabic/English). 4- Should be able provide and to use high quality pictures. 5- Web site admin should be able to edit pages using admin control panel including text fonts and colors, images, banners photos time (delay) for each photo display in banner. With full ability to change any thing on site, logo, pictures email form destination email.. etc. 6- We will provide full text of site for English. 7- For Arabic designer can put template text and provide us a very easy tool to edit text, menus and sub-menus. 8- you should be professional of Joomla programming language, HTML, PHP to design the web site. 9- If designer could not fulfill our requirements professionally and on time we will not proceed. 10- If using any template you should be powerful and able to reduce size of banners and make every page fit fully in one screen without need of scrolling since text is not too much. 11- Contact us page shall contain MAP (Google) and Simple Contact Form (Name, Email.
