This website will initially show the countries and Capitol cities in north and South America. Each Capitol will be linked to another page displaying a background photo of the specific country and 14 customizable fields, which will be developed later. In this first phases, I have the HTML for the homepage, but I would like to see if rollover effects for the capitols could be developed. Specifically, then the muse approaches the country, the Capitol is highlighted. Time permitting I would like o explore whether you might have a better map of the Western Hemisphere. (One that is interactive and/or moves and zooms in would be nice - especially the smaller Caribbean nations and their capitols. I would like know: How many hours you would charge for the initial phase and, Any other ideas you might have to enhance the site.
