need website & mobile app (ios and android) designer in Delhi

This website would be e-commerce marketplace platform for FMCG vendors. It will have more than 15 pages/screens. Few of the pages: Each store listed will have its own page. Since every store page will look alike, a template development would be required. Store Review Page, Store items Page will be also there for each store. There will be a page with all the featured offers given by various stores. There will be accounts page for users as well as store owners. Each user will have favourite items, Favorite stores page. Apart from that each user will be having shopping list page as well as few other pages. Now the requirements: The website interface has to be very intuitive, very easy to navigate. The pages should be very lightweight and fast to load. These don't have to be fancy, but elegant and super easy to use, even for a not so tech savvy person. Various icons needs to be designed ( perhaps in photoshop). You should definitely have prior experience working on some similar website. You should be definitely very creative, self motivated and should be able to solve a design problem in various ways. This might require many iterations before we accept a designed page. Therefore, we would like to hire a very understanding designer on a monthly basis for few months He/she should be able to work from our office in Dwarka, Delhi, India. Therefore, we will request only designers from Delhi (or Noida, Gurgaon) to apply for this project. We will also be getting the app developed (for ios as well as for android) for the above mentioned website. Therefore, you should be having a very good design knowledge and experience for these two OSs as well. You should be up to date with latest design technology in the market. This project might last somewhere between 4-8 months. If you do a good job we might keep you for longer period. As you can understand from above that we are a startup company.
