Need help making small changes to website header

Hello, I am Nicholas Maxwell. Based in Texas, and bid so low just because I am a beginner in freelancing and need to get my reviews up. Although I am a newcomer, I have been web developing for over a decade, and would be honored to fix your problem. I have just a little experience in Wordpress, but I have thorough knowledge of HTML & CSS; and PHP w/frameworks themselves (bootstrap, etc, which is what Wordpress is(as a CMS)).
