Need a Google Adsense website earning $30-$50 per day - repost

Hi, I'm looking for a very experienced professional that is an expert Google Adsense website creator and able to create an Adsense site that must generate AT LEAST $30 to $50 USD per day. I will fully pay the amount of bid ONLY AFTER: - All terms have been met successfully. - I see constant income in my Adsense account for three months. - I receive my Third payment cheque from google. I will also offer bonus's based on the sites performance as long as the user continues to maintain site. I am willing to pay 5% to 10% percentage bonus on all the cheques which reach or exceed the minimum amount targets month on month. - Tell me how you direct and increase traffic to the website.
