Convert a Template to a Website

We need a re-design of our current site being hosted on Wordpress. This will be a Dual Language site - English Spanish, so you will need to be familiar on how to structure it as such. We can already provide the template we want used, which is a Themify template. What we want however is: 1.) This is a *graphic* design intensive job. You will need to design graphics for the home page as well as several of the other pages. 2.) You will need to customize the theme to give it a new 'edgier' look. 3.) We have product pictures but you might need to process them to make them Look more Vibrant and ready for this page. 4.) Be Familiar with WooComerce as you will need to do some configurations with that as well. 5.) There will be Subscription products so those need to get configured. 6.) As far as ECommerce goes: Category page will have to be created, you might have to create some graphics for the product pages, install a Product Questions plugin for WooComerce. 7.) Using a Plug-in which we will provide, you will have to create a Subscription Page. 8.) Edit Top Menu as well as bottom navigation menu to specifications. 9.) Again please be familiar with [login to view URL] as this will be a 2 Language Site and we must have things translated. 10.) Backup our current site to avoid written content loss. As mentioned this will require Design ability as you will have to create some graphics to give the site it's new image. This is not an extensive list but should cover most of the project. We provide all written content. We already have the general layout for the site ready. We will provide you with ALL theme files including the Photoshop files that come with the theme.
