Database Of a dotoctor's office

The student should develop a website , where user will have the opportunity to have full access to a dotoctor's office database to add new records or delete existing ones. The database should include patient identification data ( name, age etc ) , date of examination , diagnosis and medication. Also there should be searchable records on any of the above items . Grading Criteria : 1. Explanation Code 20% : The student should include a printed version of the working code of the website and explains in detail the function of each section . You should also include a brief description of the functions of the page screenshots and instructions to users. Two . Functionality 50 % will be marked by the introduction of new capabilities ,delete old records and search on any of the imported data ( personal details , date of examination , treatment , etc. ) Three . Planner 30% : The appearance of the website will be rated.
