Change all buttons that say “Apply Now” to “Get Quotes” (on all pages) Mortgage Application Questions Starts here: [login to view URL] 1. Under Mortgage Quotes. Move the “ Previous” and “Next” buttons to be in the middle of the page and under the Icons we are clicking and not on the top right hand side. Most people cannot see those buttons on the top right. Also remove The continue button needs to go away and just use Previous and Next. 2. If I click on Mortgage Refinance, or Purchase, it won’t allow me to go back if I accidently clicked the wrong one. If I click Purchase, I no longer can change to Refinance without clicking on the Mortgage Quotes main button at the top of the main page. Add a previous and Next button below the Icons 3. Make Property Value Sliders More Accurate: The starting dollar amount under Property Value needs to start at zero not at 5,000. The same goes for down payment, the lowest I can choose for a downpayment is 75,000. If someone buys a house and is only putting down 3,000, I can’t put that amount in. The slider is not accurate enough, when I slide to try and do a Purchase price of 133,000, I can’t do it even if my hand is completely still. Purchase Price can be any amount so I need to be accurate. Right now I go from 135k to 139k and can’t choose anything between that because of the slider. 4. When I choose the option that asks me if I have a “second mortgage” and I click on No, it still comes up with the screen asking me to put an amount in for a “second mortgage balance”. If User chooses “NO” for the Query “Do you have a second Mortgage” Then the “Second Mortgage Balance” question should be skipped. Also, If I say yes, to that query then the next query value needs to start at 0, not at 5,000. 5. When I get to the “Your Basic Information” Screen and put in all the info, I get an error that says please provide a valid email address. There was no place to put an email address and that screen only asks for a mailing address so I can’t go any further. This needs fixed so that once a user submits the form the data gets emailed to the specified emails.
