Corporate Logo Design for Real Estate Agency

Need a design for a start-up real estate agency "Kan Property Agency Ltd." (???????), based in Hong Kong. We will focus mainly on the commercial sector i.e. retail, office, industrial initially, but are hoping to provide residential services in the near future. I need a logo and a design for a business card, and would be ideal for it to be modern with a Hong Kong feel to it.
