graphic design

I have several other projects that I would need done like this, so the winner will probably end up being hired long term. (o: I am looking for a full-time clip art designer who can custom make designs in the style below: (IMPORTANT!) [login to view URL] [login to view URL] I would like to see a partial sample of the design so I will know that the designer can "match the style". (IMPORTANT!) Below is a list of 5 clip art images I would like to request having done: (I) 1 with an overview of a farmer with all 4 soils depicted (wayside,stony,thorny,good). He would only be scattering seed in the overview picture. Perhaps have the 4 soils in the background as he is sowing new seeds in the foreground to the right. (II) 4 individual soils (wayside,stony,thorny,good) depicted with perhaps a farmer's response to each. I want all 5 images to bleed into a white background (see [login to view URL]). The farmer also needs to have his hand palm up scattering seeds and perhaps a farmer's hat rather than a cowboy's hat (see [login to view URL]). The farmer needs a little work because he was taken from cowboy clipart that was about to shoot a pistol. His seed packet is a gun holster as well. The cowboy farmer can be totally redone, but please check out the links above to get an idea of the style. Also, the farmer should be wearing the same outfit in all 5 images. Four Soils a. The Wayside with no soil depth where the birds eat up the seeds (I have included 2 birds with the style. They could be improved, however.) b. Stony Ground where the plant starts to grow but the sun dries the sapling up (I have included some stones but would like a sun as well.) c. Thorny Ground where the thorns choke the sapling which was starting to blossom. I had trouble with the thorns, but please check out ([login to view URL]) for idea. d. Dark Rich Soil where the plant sprouts up and bears much fruit. For example, the wayside soil could have the farmer trying to chase off the birds who were eating the seeds. The stony soil could have the farmer with a hoe or tool in hand thinking about loosening up the hard soil. The thorny soil could have the farmer with clippers in his hand thinking about clipping the weeds or thorns so the plant can grow. The good rich soil could have the farmer with a smile on his face picking fruit off his beautiful tree (apple tree perhaps?). Sower/Farmer - The idea is a farmer scatters/sows seeds in 4 different soils: wayside stony/hard/dry thorny/weedy good soil I have mocked up a rough draft (see [login to view URL]).
