Point of purchase packaging header card

PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE AD BEFORE BIDDING. I am looking for a creative modern design for a retail point of purchase header card for for our dog treat business. For those that do not know what a header card is or if I am using the incorrect terminology, the header card for example would be the card that is attached to a packet of bobby pins in a transparent poly pouch with a cardboard header card stapled to it so that it can hang from the retail peg. I have attached some designs to show you what style or direction I am going towards in the design that we want. You must have experience with retail packaging. The job needs to be complete within the mutually agreed deadline to include revisions and must be to the satisfaction of the client. You must have skype so that we may discuss the job details so that I know you are the right designer for me. If you are not willing to discuss the direction and concept that you believe will fit for me please do not bid for this job, I am on a tight deadline and I am not in the position to gamble to find out that we are not on the same page. I do not expect you to work for free but please do not expect me to hire you on blind faith. If you are a professional you will take the time to make sure we are a fit after all there is no sense wasting either of our time. I have more work in the pipeline for brochures, marketing material, web design, business cards and other materials that I have not yet thought of. All payments WILL ONLY be through this site as per the rules. Please see the attached below for some idea of what I am looking for.
