42240 Business WordPress Header

I need a professional-looking header for wordpress theme 'tech-bytes'. (You can see theme at [login to view URL] ) Current header measurements are 784 x 168. Site concept: 3 teams are competing in a sales competition. This is for a business blog about the competition. Each team has a team name listed below. I want header to give impression of fierce competition, emote high energy (like winners!) and look professional. Words for banner... Amazing Internet Profit Challenge! Which Team Will Win? 1. Name of team 1 is "Team UP". 2. Name of team 2 is "The Profiteers". 3. Name of team 3 is "The UnderDogs". I have attached a design that was submitted that just isn't quite capturing the "fierce competition" feeling I want. Please see design and submit bid if you can do better. Frustrations with the design you can look at is 1)logos don't show originality or creativity 2)team photo doesn't look like marketers with "fire in the belly". Your design doesn't have to be the same in concept as the header. If you can picture a better way to convey the site concept, I would be thrilled to see it.
