The process is between moving objects(cars) , server that share data with cars to predicts cars location, and between shopping malls(they wants to know which car is going to pass by its trajectory so that they can offer them there offers of products) , so when we make to spatial join between cars and shopping malls For example, given a collection of recorded GPS-trajectories of cars and the locations of the shopping malls, one could ask: ”what are the cars that will visit trajectory of shopping mall according to server prediction?” , and the main idea is how to maintain the query results to reduce the coast , instead of querying from scratch , we can maintain the results from the previous query in in an given interval of time. The challenge is then how to predict the future position of an object so that the number of updates is kept as low as possible. The reduction in updates reduces the communication cost and the server-side update processing. so the problem formulation is how often do we need to query the spatial data in shared prediction based approach,in order to maintain a useful accuracy

Hello, I have worked for a company that developed a vehicle tracking solution. I have experience with GIS data (formats as SHP, GeoJSON, KML), libraries (mainly for Python - shapely, rtree), applications (QGIS, Google Earth) and platforms (Google Maps API, Here API, OSM data, OpenLayers). I also have many years of experience with Python, Linux PostgreSQL (including PostGIS), multiple tracking devices (such as Teltonika, Intellitrac). Do you plan to integrate the solution with a road network as well? If not it would be difficult to guess which direction a vehicle would take. Another option is to include historical data into the prediction (for example data for similar days of a week or hours of a day).
