Demo of Unique 3D Game Idea Wanted

Note: You can exceed the budget if you feel your skills warrants the price. Hello everyone! I have a game idea that takes place (mainly) in the sky. It's meant to be a liberating take on platformers that allows gamers to take in awe-inspiring scenery that the fantasy-inspired skies offers while providing challenging finger-twitching gameplay. I don't need a full game at all, but just a 1-5 minute demonstration of what I want to do to show potential customers/publishers. Here's what is needed to be considered for the job: -The ability to create a 3rd person game that doesn't have sluggish characters/reaction. -The ability to move the game camera to specific angles. -For the game to be playable via .exe file. -Naturally, the game's codes and material you used to make the demo. -Coding in English -Ability to create a unique, vast and endless sky. There will also be a huge floating environment. BEFORE SENDING ME A PM/PMB: I must see your work with non-first person games and your ability to make environments. Whatever you link me or attach to my inbox is the quality I expect out of your studio if you are hired. After the demo is created, I'll launch this on Kickstarter and Rockethub to raise funds for a full game. In the event the funds are met, the people who took the leap of faith on this project and won the bid will receive post-project bonuses for the demo.
