Need Professional Flash Banner

I'm looking for an experienced flash developer that could put together a professional flash banner for a "project management" website. Here's the business requirements: 1. The banner must be 519 pixels in width and 187 pixels in height. 2. The banner must display a "loading" message with a progress bar as it's loading. 3. The banner must also play music and have the option to turn off the sound. Music must be upbeat and professional... If you can provide me with some options then I'll make a selection. 4. My attachment that I uploaded contains six images of project management charts and graphs. The banner should have these six images moving across this banner from left to right and from right to left. Each image should move at a different rate of speed. But, the overall effect should be professional in nature. 5. In addition, to these six images that are contantly moving, I also want the following keywords to move in the same manner: a. Innovative b. Exceptional c. Award-winning d. Best Practices e. Key Contacts In other words, I want these keywords and phrases to be displayed in different sizes and in different colors - which should be moving left to right and right to left at different speeds in conjunction with the six images that I spoke about earlier. I need to get this banner within an HTML page so I can see it working. In addition, I'll also need to get all the source code for this project. 7.
