I could put that e-card together for you with what ever changes you require, I could get it close to or maybe lower than 300kb but no higher than 380kb. I would require all the assets prior to beginning work and could have it delivered in 3 days tops. If you are interested, I'll be glad to hear from you. J.

This project seems interesting and I believe my skillset would make me a great match. 1. For a recreation of the posted animated card a little under a week is probably all that is needed. For any further cards that require planning and new design a little over a week. 2. $333 for the recreation, $375-$400 for any further cards (depending on complexity) 3. Depends on the length and file type. For a .swf file it would be easy to keep the filesize very small. Let me know if you have any questions!
