html website with 1 flash banner

hi, client wants to revamp their business consulting website. They prefer html due to loading speed and also, just 1 flash banner in front to show their company keywords etc. They need to incorporate a job seeker database link which is at the top right now "click here for jobs of the week". Right now, there's no button for it. Sample of their competitors are www kellyservices com sg and www adecco com sg Their corporate image is Blue. They like Kelly's site as it is clear and the banner is interesting. At the same time, they need a larger button for their jobs of the week, instead of a tiny text link now, which is often missed out. For me to select you, i need to see BUSINESS websites you have done WITH a flash banner incorporated in main page. I do not mind if you recycle previous projects. As long as it looks chic and professional. Upon selection, I need you to do 3 jpeg mockups with client's information so that they can select the style they like and we will refine the design from there. e.g. 1st scheme, menu on left. 2nd scheme menu on top, 3rd scheme menu bottom row etc. I will provide all images for the site and the banner as I will be buying from image banks.
