Designing Flash Site For A DJ

Hello Service Providers, I am looking for a person who can design for me a website like [login to view URL] or http://www.sexy-motherfucker.com. The website has to be build from scretch and you have to familiar with what I am asking. You will have 2 to 4 weeks to finish it and all materials like pics, etc will be deliverd to you. All I will do is discuss with you the concept/formula for the website and the rest I will leave the creativity up to you. My target price is $ 200 - 400 and you have to show me your portofolio and if no portofolio available then show me with 5 urls what you can do for me. Good luck with the bids
