I will need to hire someone who can make an excel spread sheet with contact information and details on homes for a real estate investor. I will need them to look over several websites to gather information and to research the phone numbers and email for the individuals listed as the defendant. The steps will be as follows: 1. Go to Essex County, NJ - Foreclosure Sales Listing and look in the city/town of Bloomfield [login to view URL] 2. then look up the addressed on [login to view URL] and gather the number of bedrooms, bathrooms and square footage of each house 3. Research the phone number and email address for the person listed as the defendant 4. Place all this information on an excel spreadsheet.
