Excel script required to check correctness of accounts data

Need to make an excel script to check for: -Invoice number to be unique - GST to match with Partner name -Untaxable value + tax = taxed value -HSN code to be compolsury -No space or spl character in GST no and HSN code -Date of invoice to be within the date range entered by the user as an input -GST type (if igst single tax ; if sgst and cgst dual tax with amount amount) to be checked. If gst first two letters of partner and company are same sgst and cgst to be applied, if different , igst to be applied. -Some more rules for specific partners ( different tax type for certain list of customers ) - this will be provided separately - Two sheets - (Purchase and Sales) to run these script rules. Headers may be different in the two sheets and can be standardized , but the rules apply similarly. - A few additional rules similar to above may be added as we go along the project. Pl keep the budget in mind for 3 to 4 additional rules like this.
