Each day we receive inbound calls from customers that are assigned to Analysst to follow up. I'd like assistance creating a tracking spreadsheet, google doc, or web app that allows me to track job status from initial customer contact thru completion. I'd like multiple people to be able to access and modify the document at the same time.
Hi, I've done this exact thing for a previous, non-Freelancer client. It was a social media calendar available to five people, complete with start-to-finish visibility for all users and color coded options based on who did what. This was on Google Sheets.
It also had hundreds of previous items from the calendar, along with links to each item. I also included a video walk-through so everyone knew how to operate it and how to see what's happening.
