1. We will provide a questionnaire with the contact person’s email and phone number 2. The call should take no more than 5 minutes 3. The agent should present himself as a team member of our venture 4. The agent should have fluent English level 5. The agent should fill a questionnaire during/after the call according the contact’s responses 6. The education of the agent should be college/university level or higher 7. We prefer that the call will be recorded 8. The required delivery is the filled questionnaire as well as the recorded phone call 9. In case the contact does not answer their phone, the agent should email them a template with the survey for the contact to fill out; the template will be provided to the agent The hours should be working hours. Countries- different countries around the world, can be Europe, USA, south America, and India. However most of the calls are to USA. Currently we forecast about 5-10 calls/week. We forecast for growth. We interest in long term business relationship. In the best case scenario the duration of the project can be a few years
