phpBB text editor

Greetings, We have a phpbb forum and we are struggling with its text editor. ours is nice but it has lots of [login to view URL] example, text size is hard to manipulate especially if i copy and pasted something from word document. Another example, sometimes during editing and inserting images, some of the images become attached to each others and we can't separate them. in another word, the current text editor is bad and we want an affective excellent text editor.
