Only IP you are goinng to find is google mail server adress, I don't know how did you get at idea that mail is sent directly from one pc user to another without any server between to save privacy of both sides.

Normally what you find in email headers isnt worthy of a trace, they talk mostly about the mail servers but the mail client could be anywhere. If you want to track someone, there should be a different approach. What is the timeline of the project?
