Task 1: Design a true single-phase clocked (TSPC) register with a RESET input: when the RESET signal is 1, the output of the register will be reset to 0, irrespective of the clock signal. The register updates its output on the rising edge of its clock input CLK when RESET is 0. (The design will be provide after discussion.) Task 2: Design a 4-bit adder. Task 3: Design a 4-bit counter. The counter needs to increase its output by 1, starting from 0, on a rising edge of the CLK signal. Let us denote the output of the counter as a 4-bit binary number

Dear Employer, I am an Electronics Engineer, Programmer, Circuit Designer and also a PCb designer. I can do this project using a Micro-Controller like ATMEGA, 8051, PIC etc.. . I have some doubts, if i get clarification on the doubts i can do it without a Micro-Controller. I can complete it in short time. Thank you for spending your time in my application.

hello, according to what you said, I can assume that the objective of your project is academic, correct me if I am wrong please. If what I say is correct, I could make your project using logic gates, counters, flipflop and a 555 clock. I would deliver all the design with the operations of minterm and maxterm, in addition to their respective simulation in a software such as proteus, I think it is suitable for this task.
