Project Overview: I require a PCB design that includes the following components and features: 1. **24V to 5V Converter**: The PCB should incorporate a reliable 24V to 5V voltage converter to power an ESP32 microcontroller. The power supply should provide sufficient current to ensure stable ESP32 operation. 2. **ESP32 Integration**: All pins of the ESP32 should be available on the PCB, with proper labeling and connections for easy interfacing with other components. 3. **Analog Signal Integration**: The PCB should include additional components to interface with two 4-20mA analog sensors operating at 24V. These sensors should be connected to analog input pins of the ESP32 for data acquisition and processing. remember esp32 pins are 3.3v so need to implement somthing. 4. **Antenna Port**: The PCB must have provisions for an antenna port for the ESP32, ensuring seamless wireless connectivity. 5. usb C port for programming the esp32 I am looking for an expert who can help with: - Schematic design and component selection - PCB layout and routing - Ensuring proper power distribution - Signal integrity and noise considerations - Compliance with industry standards and best practices - Prototyping support, if available Please let me know if you have experience with similar projects and your availability to take on this task. Hello, I can help you by providing support to design your board based on ESP32. Even, if you desire so I can design it or if you do not have enough knowledge, I can teach you to do so. I have designed several boards that are now at market, such as IoT devices and 5G modems. About the software, I can use KiCAD or JLCPCB. For Altium, I can act just as reviewer due to I have no license. The cost and the timeline may vary in function of your interests related to my first questions.
