PCB Layout Design

I have Schematic Documents and I am looking for freelance PCB Layout Designers (Altium Designer) who are capable of making designs of mixed signals in shortest periods possible within reason. Even feedback on the schematics is welcome is possible. This is the first time I am using freelancer, so this project will be to see the workflow and how the final deliverable will be, then I'll consider doing many Layout Designs via freelancer. The comments for the schematics attached: I have attached an image of where I would like the D-sub and plugs to be (TS-PWR-LayoutGuide attachment above). The size of the PCB is to be 10x3cm and I would like a screw hole at each corner connected to the net GND. Hole description: (Multilayer pad – X-size 2.7mm, Y-size 2.7mm – hole size 2.6mm – located 2.25mm away from each corner in terms of X and Y location) as shown in the attached image.
