I need a set of learning templates for new line managers. Each template is able to be used and implemented and are referred to as learning as they will each have tips and tricks attached. These are to be; - Simple - Action orientated - User friendly - Simple The templates / modules to be created are as follows: 1. Performance Review Template: - Problem: Difficulty in conducting effective performance reviews. - Solution: A template that guides managers through the performance review process, including goal setting, feedback, and development planning. 2. Team Meeting Agenda Template: - Problem: Inefficient or unproductive team meetings. - Solution: A template that helps managers structure team meetings, including agenda items, time allocation, and action items. 3. One-on-One Meeting Template: - Problem: Lack of structure or direction in one-on-one meetings with team members. - Solution: A template that outlines key discussion points, such as goal progress, feedback, and career development, for effective one-on-one meetings. 4. Employee Development Plan Template: - Problem: Challenges in creating personalized development plans for team members. - Solution: A template that assists managers in outlining individual development goals, resources, and action steps for each team member. 5. Coaching Conversation Template: - Problem: Uncertainty in conducting coaching conversations with team members. - Solution: A template that provides a framework for coaching conversations, including active listening, asking powerful questions, and setting action plans. 6.
