I have done content editing on non-fiction (book on pregnancy) and fiction (horror/thriller). In the horror/thriller book, I have remedied inconsistencies in the plot and continuity, and indicated which sections should be scrapped completely and which ones rewritten. Please note that your budget is not sufficient for an in-depth reworking of your whole book (of which I do not know the volume). For € 100 (₹ 9,000), you can get a report in Word with comments (and tracked changes, if needed) on your first 5 pages (roughly 2,500 words), which you can then apply to the rest of your book.
