VB.Net App connected to a SQL Database

Hello. I require a coder to write a simple vb.net app that connects to a SQL Database backend. The initial version of this program will need to the following features: 1) Login box when the program is opened. Users need to put in a username and password. Security is very important 2) Security group need to be enabled. This is where users are assigned to groups to access certain parts of the program. 3) Once logged in the app layout will be split vertical into two parts. The left hand side will have the links to the separate parts of the app (the menu as such). The right hand side shows the content specific to which part of the menu is selected 4) Menu options in this version show the following a) Bookings (need to be a member of the bookings security group). b) Security Management (need to be a member of the bookings system manager security group). 5) Bookings when clicked will show all of the bookings with dials to show "Current Only", "Completed Only" or "Future Only". Clicking on an entry will bring up a modal dialog box with a simple form. There will be a tab control. Tab one will be named "Overview" containing 3 Checkboxes, 1 Combo box and 1 text field. Combo box is booking status "Booked", "In Progress", "Cancelled" or "Completed". 3 Check boxes are "Customer Paid", "Garage Contacted", "Customer Contacted". Text Field is a long textbox. Tab two is named "Contact History". Here there are a plus button to enter new contact history. Another modal box appears with Contact type "Customer" or "Garage". A date/time and a textbox field. Multiple entries can be made 6) Security management. Features all the users with the ability to add or disable users. Clicking on the user shows the ability edit login name, password etc, and the ability to then add/remove them to/from security groups. Thanks.
