Mobile App written on Delphi 10.2 Tokyo

Job Description:

I need a Delphi Android/iOS expert, who can write and give me the source code of the following

First:

Customer App:

a map showing all cars locations (custom image which can be car or any other image)

Second:

MySQL Database hosted on Internet has this table

Field1: ID

Field2: Driver_Name

Field3: Current_Location

Third:

Driver App:

Which run on the background and every 2min its update its own location

Each app has it own ID which is entered manually

This mobile software must be written on Delphi 10.2 Tokyo and can be run on Android and IOS. You need to send me all the source code and libraries that you used. Also, you will help be to recompile it and run it on Android and IOS devices for testing purposes
