I need help to collect the full company names and members from two Swedish organizations. The freelancer could use simple data scraping tools. For each person I need e-mail address, full name (Förnamn=surname, efternamn=family name) and firm/company. I would like it in two excel files, one for FAR and one for Srf please find an example file attached. It does not matter in what order the employees are presented as long as all information is presented with each member.
The organizations are FAR and SRF Konsult, the members can be searched through the links below. It should be about 3400 SRF members and 2000 FAR members. I want all members with an e-mail address behind these pages.

They are presented like this:
