Build a quote/invoicing program to tally up costs of services and send quote and invoice emails to clients

I need a program made. Can be excel or regular program, whatever is best. It NEEDS to be visual, able to be navigated on a 10” or so tablet and touchscreen should be able to be used. Operating system could be windows 10, planning on going on a MS surface tablet, however there would be an advantage to using this on my phone, but that is not the priority. Program will allow me to go into a location with my tablet enter the clients details ( Name/company, Address, phone & email) Then it shall allow me to quickly enter the details of my products and services that are required on a job to job basis by navigating a page based system. When clicking on each product or service the program will tally up the items and show them in a list on the MAIN MENU page. and easily add up the total of my products & services . However the items will be able to be deleted , and also have the items listed but just not charged for on the list. This list once compiled is then to be able to be shown on the tablet screen as a “on the spot quote” and/or sent as an QUOTE or INVOICE to the clients email address as well as the business email The program must allow the data to be saved (can have a auto save feature) and also re-loaded. Specific requirements Program: Program will need to tally up totals of sales, products, services. These amounts for each item will need to be able to be adjusted by me when the price of items change in the future. Program needs to generate and show a list on the MAIN MENU page, this list can be edited from that page. Program will need to convert that list into an quote and invoice to be sent via e-mail to client and my email Program will allow the entry of the customer/company name/name, phone number and e-mail address RUNNING TOTAL (main menu) will allow for easy viewing and deletion of items or withhold off the total with the hold cost button Desktop shortcut for the main screen and the main menu screen. Will allow saving (main menu) and loading (main screen)of jobs/quotes (autosave would be nice) All pages should be able to be updated, ii should be able to add items easily and change the prices of EVERYTHING. The program will automaticly add 10% GST (goods and services tax) to all orders with an option to go without or give a discount. The hold cost button on some pages will alter the invoice/quote to have the amount taken off the total, but will still display the item still in the invoice/quote. Invoice and quote Program must put the date and time , customers NAME / COMPANY, ADDRESS, PHONE & EMAIL on the top of the quote/invoice. Also must put the terms and conditions at the bottom of the quote or invoice. Will require to be able to add further emails in which the Quote and/or invoices are to be sent Will also require to collect data = Name/Phone/email data to save on tablet (.doc/.txt)
