Customize and Automate Zoho CRM

Seeking a skilled professional who can help finish up the set-up of Zoho CRM for my organization. We are using Zoho CRM to manage the patients who want to seek second medical opinion from expert doctors in India . This is the ideal workflow that we want to implement 1. Patient submits basic information like name, email, and location via Zoho Forms 2. The information is saved to Zoho CRM 3. The Patient is sent an invite to the portal 4. The patient sets up their account. The patient can view their treatment progress and edit their details. For the treatment progress, it needs to look like a timeline or steps that display this user journey. Something like this: [login to view URL] 5. The patient is given an option to book a call. They must submit their medical records and a brief description of their illness. They are given the option to book either meet online physical or phone call 6. Medical report from the customer is sent to a selected list of partner hospitals in India as an email but the Zoho CRM portal [There should be an email template for this) 7. Customer is notified that their details have been sent to a partner hospital 8. Admin post medical analysis to the client portal, then notifies the patient that their results are out and tell them to log in to their portal to view them, and should they need to discuss the results they should book a meeting from their portal 9. Patient is requested to provide next of kin details and visa details 10. Patient is notified of the travel arrangements and given an option to book a call to discuss if they want to 11. Patient is sent an invoice for the consultation (Zoho books) 12. Patient is requested to set up a post-treatment feedback 13. End Some of this process has already been done. The templates, some automation and even the logic behind the treatment progress have been done. I don't know if the previous developer did a good thing but I am open to any suggestions.
