We are getting some coldfusion 404 not found errors when accessing URLs with .CFR extensions. Note that .CFM and .CFC files are working correctly. I cannot and will not give you access to the server. You may instruct me what to do with steps and photos if necessary. This project is for a solution that will resolve the 404 not found errors involving our cfr files. This must be done within 24 hours.

is the database connection in CFR file correct? are the report template in correct location as referenced by url? i can think of these as 404 error reason.
