I want help from an expert in building Universal Windows Apps in C#. I want to start with the Core App template in Visual Studio Community 2019 and from there have the application do the following, so I can use that as a starter for my custom application. 1. Appear as a single non-resizable 400x400 Window in Acrylic material, similar to the native Windows Calculator 2. If the application is run freshly installed, it shows a page with three radio buttons so you select one of the options, then move to the main page and store the selected option in a properties file that would be used for future launches 3. If the application finds the properties file when starting, then it just goes to the main page, where it just displays "Option One" or "Option Two" if those were the chosen options. 4. If the user selected Option Three, then the application shows a dialog telling the user that it will terminate, and it closes, without displaying the main page.
