The project is basically a led light controller with 2 channels(PWM) which have-
1 on off switch
3 memory switch (to record memory of any of 2 pwms)
2 switch for pwm1 (up, down)
2 switch for pwm2 (up, down)
21 LED TO BE CONTROLLER VIA 74HC595 IC

In my portfolio there are a couple of project I made. Please check them
1) Led ligther is a project that I have designed. It starts to work when there is an electricity cut. It gives 800lm of light.
2) Bike light is a project that I have designed. It gives 250lm of light and there are 3 modes of it.
3) UV is a project that I have designed. It has a 850nm IR pair and 240nm UV LED. It checks the bactery population of the water. It is working like a spectroscoper.
4) RF button is a project that I have designed. It has a buzzer on it and it is a LED contrroller board for an electric scooter. It has a onboard 443MHz antenna. Basically it covers everything you need
5) Switch is a project that I have design. It controls 64 LEDs individually with 8 8-bit shift register. it is more or less what you want.
