Code changes to start TIMER with USER provided values

PLEASE READ <------!!!!!!!! Visual Studio C# WinForm Project Provided Clicking the Add Tab button produces a new tab / body / Label (timer displays, timer starts) When the selected tab changes, notice the previous tab timer pauses while the NEWLY selected tab timer continues where it left off. Concept Each TAB while being created and or selected will maintain its own time signature. Time is only accumulated while a TAB is selected. If the TAB is not selected, its time is paused. (Until selected again) Selecting the EDIT TIME button, (timer is paused) a new form appears that will allow the user to ENTER a new HOUR,MINUTE, SECOND Time. *** My immediate goal is to have the NEW HOUR, MINUTE, SECOND value take affect when the user selects button = 3 Start Timer Again, STEP 1 (Add TAB), STEP 2 (EDIT TIME), STEP 3 (START TIMER from newly entered USER TIME)
