I am looking for some c# code to take the data from here ([login to view URL] or [login to view URL]) and turn it into an METAR object or collection of METAR objects as described here ([login to view URL]). The code should be well documented so I can use it as an example to convert other XML data sreams to other objects and collections. The code should return a status code indicating a failure if no METAR is currently available.

You need to have a METAR class populated with xml data from web response. The metar class could be automatically generated form schema or hand written. I use xml serialization in c# almost every day to store any relevant application information.
