Convert C/C++ Source Into JavaScript

Hi! There is a GPL image editor called MyPaint; [login to view URL], it's a fairly small program (10~ MB, source 40~ MB), and is wrtten in C, C++ and Python. I'd like to have this program converted (either from source or compiled - whichever is easier) into JS/HTML5 to be used online like [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] I know about Emscripten; [login to view URL], and from what I understand, it could make the conversion process much easier and without rewriting the code, so if you perhaps are familiar with it or even if you're not - maybe you can still use it...
