To give alternative design & provide aerial layout plant. Design concept:- 1) EV charging station with a convinience store & F&B shop. - Green concept - Relax charging while coffee / sleep snap. - EV Car & waiting area merge together. As this is green car & no emmision, totally different than petro pumping station concept. - EV Car charging at front/ rear/ surrounding of stores. - Car owner either can take rest at either outdoor / indoor while seeing the car progress charging. Interactive charging supervisor (mobile working) - No cash payment counter. - Real person online customer services (24Hr) + TV explanation. - Roof Sleeky Modern Simple Neon/LED lighting design, similar concept to EV car. To provide the aeriel layout plan incl. 1. Roof footprint 32m x 19m 2. Building fooprint 30m x 12m 3. Building consist of 1 building consist of 2 stores :- a) Convenience/ grocery store (approx. 30-40%build up) incl. - public accessible toilet 1male + 1female - Electrical LV room approx 4m x 2m - EV charger supervisor storage room approx 2m x 2m , can combined with elec. LV room. - Muslim praying room x 2 for male & female (accomodate max 3-4 person at a time) b) F&B store 60-70%area (such as Mcdonald) incl. - Toilet room 1male & 1 female + external wash basin external area. - consist of outdoor tables. Result requirements. 1) Aerial dwg - Just 1 dwg with aerial view (3D & 2d) good enough. - Ignore the roof plant. - Shown the layout rooms- with the basic furnitures / compartment/ toilet setting/ door/ EV car. - Reedit - design concept write out explanation in architecture words. - Summary table of build up area sizes. - Qty of EV charges lot numbering. 2) Roof & wall design to be next design steps upon client confirmation.(Pending) Attached :- 1) Site photo 2) Original architect plan.
