Brilliant LAMP developer with EXCEPTIONAL UI skills

I'm looking for an entrepreneurial-minded and very smart developer IN UNITED KINGDOM (M3 corridor or London highly preferred, but other locations considered) with demonstrable experience (ie: show me real reference sites!) of building transactional websites with BEAUTIFUL and efficient user interfaces. Central to the final website is the need to allow a user to fill-in a beautiful wysiwyg form and have the system pump out a pixel-perfect PDF all beautifully completed. Obviously there's the usual complement of business logic, database, server etc required (LAMP people only please, not interested in .net). Cloud hosting eg AWS, payment processing eg PayPal integration. I have a fully formed spec with flows and wireframes ready to go. I'm a product guy looking for an engineer for my new project. My experience is in large and small companies, and also my own startup defined, built, launched and sold 18 months ago. This is my next project. I'm looking for a long-term relationship with someone thats entrepreneurial minded with the technical chops to match my product and commercial skills. I will pay of course, I'm not looking for any handouts, but I'm particularly interested in folks that have that have an entrepreneurial streak and looking for a substantial project and not just a hired gun.
