please submit your bid for creating the following API using Node Express framework - insert new records into tbl_payment for attempted transaction - update record when transaction is successful -- upon success, a record in tbl_user.coin_count is updated -- ex. user has 10 coins, buys 30 coins for $3, upon success, user has 40 coins -- back-end must capture all transaction details - update record when transaction is failed - update / insert record when refund was required and refund was given successfully - this project is for back-end work only, if you complete this task successfully, you will have more tasks for other parts of the project - you must use github to pull / commit / merge - you are working with 2 other engineers on an existing project, you must understand how to collaborate with other engineers using github - this system is built on mysql / node express frame / react native for front-end - you will be focused on back-end work only initially
