Responsibilities: - Have to do a minimum of 120 cold calls to people using a given database to sell our product/s. - Use the given script/s to provide information about the product’s features, prices, etc. and present its benefits - Reach out to potential customers to present our product and service offering - Learn details about our product & service offerings - Address any questions or issues customers may have - Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and need - Forward prospects and leads to the sales team once the customer is in the loop - Keep an updated customer database - Measure identified KPIs - Keep records of calls and generated leads Required Skills: - Must have experience in doing telesales/marketing in US region/s. - Must be available to work in the US time zone (night shift) - Good experience in cold-calling - Good knowledge of sales tools such as CRM software - Willingness to learn about products and services specifications and benefits - Team player - Good time-management skills - Great interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills - Good communication skills - it’s a plus if you have US ascent
