Need Expert Server Admin to Set Up Microsoft Azure GIT DevOps for Continuous Application Development

Need a server admin to set up new domain and Azure account for development of an application in the cloud Microsoft Azure with DevOps and Git for continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) for our dev team to automatically trigger builds, tests, and deployments with every completed pull request using Azure Pipelines. Needs a prod and dev environment. Please only bid if you have the experience. Below are the things that we are requiring so that the code is in a git repo and hosted in azure using DevOps. To be able to use Azure Devops and GIT. Server must be set up in Windows, set up domain name with dev and prod for release and use git for repository. 1- Set up domain, set up Azure, set up DevOps, set up GIT 2. Create a repository for the codebase for the developers to work on We will have multiple developers working on the application, the code from master branch can be branched into develop branch, and developers can create feature branches off the develop branch, and push/commit the code to develop branch. 3. Create an account in Azure and access AzureDevops. 4. Create a build pipeline in AzureDevops which takes the source code from the master branch of git repo and builds the deployment packages using commands in the pipeline. Also, make sure to mark the continuous integration feature in the pipeline. 5. Create a release pipeline after the build pipeline has been successfully completed and publish code to azure app service. Set up continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) to automatically trigger builds, tests, and deployments with every completed pull request using Azure Pipelines or your tools.
