Role Overview: We're on the hunt for an Automation Engineer with extensive experience in PLC programming, VFDs, HMI design, and system design. The perfect candidate will have demonstrated success in the development and execution of complex automation solutions, especially for HVAC, finishing line systems, and instrumentation. Expertise in Schneider PLCs, AutoCAD Electrical, HMI design, and project management, including BOM preparation, is essential. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and program automation systems using Schneider PLCs, focusing on efficiency and reliability. - Create intuitive and user-friendly HMI designs for various automation projects. - Implement VFD-driven systems, ensuring optimal performance. - Design control systems for HVAC, water treatment, and instrument management according to project specifications. - Utilize AutoCAD Electrical for detailed system design and documentation. - Prepare and manage comprehensive Bills of Materials (BOM) for all projects. - Collaborate effectively with team members, ensuring timely and successful project delivery. M- anage time and resources efficiently to meet project deadlines. Requirements: - Over 8 years of experience in automation design and programming. - Profound knowledge of Schneider PLCs, VFDs, and HMI design. - Experience in designing HVAC, water systems, and instrumentation. - Skilled in using AutoCAD Electrical for design documentation. - have a good experience or willing to learn design by Vejio Designer and Schneider PLCs - Exceptional project management abilities, with a focus on time management and BOM preparation. - Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
