We are seeking an experienced Unity developer with expertise in AR and GPS integration to simplify and enhance our existing AR mobile app for iOS and Android. The app features ten AR stations and allows users to create custom paths to navigate these stations. The app utilizes Unity for development and incorporates Niantic SDK for AR functionalities. Our goal is to improve user experience and app performance through several key updates. Key Deliverables: 1. Compatibility Check Implementation: Implement a feature to check whether the user's device supports the AR functionalities of the app. This feature should inform users immediately if their device is incompatible, ensuring a smoother user experience. 2. Map Navigation Enhancement: Revamp the map to serve as the central navigation tool. It should automatically display the nearest paths and include new features like a directional arrow and distance indicators to help users orient themselves and make navigation decisions. 3. Demo Video Integration: Create a short, engaging demo video that introduces the content of the stations and sparks curiosity. The video should be hosted externally and streamed within the app to optimize performance. 4. Path Navigation Improvements: Make minor adjustments to the path navigation feature to enhance user guidance, including more flexible scene transitions and textual navigation aids. 5. Completion Screen Update: After visiting all stations, display a completion screen that replays an existing animation and offers users various options for further engagement. 6. Custom Path Creation Update: Improve the guidance for users creating their own paths by introducing new icons for station placement requirements and updating instructional texts. 7. Overall App Optimization: Enhance the fluidity of the app's feel, include additional animations, and adjust the UI design to maintain its current appearance while improving professionalism and spacing.
